As part of the training offered by the various IMANI programs, students are able to produce final products for example, the Knitting class students are able to make sweaters and other knitted products. In order for IMANI to continue to provide quality education and skills, the organization is continuously doing market research and benchmarking with other partner institutions that are offering the same courses and organizations offering similar products. Part of this process involves making products that are of high quality as offered in the market to ensure that the skills being taught are relevant and current and that the students get the best in terms of skills training. Eventually when the students go out into the job market, they are able to compete effectively. When these products are sold to the outside markets the proceeds are ploughed back into the institution to assist in supporting needy students who would otherwise not be able to raise the fees.
