The goals of IMANI are as follows:

1. To provide a conducive environment for facilitative acquisition of vocational and technical skills for needy women and youth in Eastlands part of Nairobi
2. To provide psychosocial support, spiritual growth and compassion for life to the needy
3. To offer early childhood development and education services to children
4. To empower IMANI trainees and micro-entrepreneurs through micro-enterprise development, networking for job creation and sustenance
